滤光片在使用中的注意事项(Precautions for using filters)

         本公司(苏州利楠光学科技有限公)专业生产和研发各种Cover Glass(化学强化、印刷玻璃，可镀AR，AF防水膜等膜系、可贴合各种材料的背胶)。各种光学&浮法玻璃、各种晶体材料、石英材料的抛光片。各种镀膜反射型滤光片(有D263等玻璃基材，也有水晶基材的OLPF等)、各种多层胶合滤光片(如多层胶合OLPF光学低通滤波器)等、吸收型（有色玻璃）滤光片、带通滤光片、长波通滤光片等各种类型滤光片。各种材料的窗口片、各种防护片&防尘片、中灰性镜片（ND镜)。

        Our company specializes in producing and developing various Cover Glasses (chemically strengthened, printed glass, AR and AF waterproof coatings, etc., with back adhesive suitable for various materials). We also produce polished plates from various types of glass, crystal materials, and quartz materials. Our product range includes various reflective filter films (such as D263 glass substrates and crystal-based OLPF), multi-layer bonded filter films (like multi-layer bonded OLPF optical low-pass filters), absorptive (colored glass) filters, bandpass filters, longpass filters, and other types of filters. Additionally, we offer window films, protective films & dust-proof films, and neutral density (ND) lenses made from various materials.     

       滤光片是以反射&吸收&衰减光波中的某些不需要用到的光谱波段或精确选择某一小范围光谱波段通过，而反射(或吸收)掉其他某些不需要用到的光谱波段。通过改变滤光片的材料&结构&膜层的相应参数，使之获得各种所需的光谱特性，使滤光片可以控制、调整和改变光的透射、反射、偏振或相位状态。

       A filter reflects, absorbs, and attenuates certain unwanted spectral bands or precisely selects a small range of spectral bands in light waves, while reflecting (or absorbing) other unwanted spectral bands. By changing the material, structure, and corresponding parameters of the film layer of the filter, various desired spectral characteristics can be obtained, allowing the filter to control, adjust, and change the transmission, reflection, polarization, or phase state of light.
　　滤光片是由玻璃材料（或塑料）+表面镀制相应所需膜层构成的，其中的滤光片表面膜层较为脆弱，容易出现点状不良，划痕不良等物理损伤，使之会改变滤光片的光学性能， 影响使用效果。

        The filter is composed of glass material (or plastic)+the corresponding required film layer coated on the surface. The facial mask layer on the filter surface is relatively fragile, which is prone to physical damage such as poor dots and scratches, which will change the optical performance of the filter and affect the use effect.
     所以我们的滤光片在平时使用过程中应该注意以下几点，尽最大努力使之能够完美呈现系统所需的效果。

       So our filters should pay attention to the following points during normal use, and make every effort to perfectly present the desired effect of the system.
1.滤光片的清洗、检验、贴合、装配等工序，都尽可能在1000级以上无尘室环境中进行。

1.The cleaning, inspection, bonding, assembly and other processes of the filter should be carried out as much as possible in a cleanroom environment above level 1000.
2.滤光片在平时的使用过程中应尽可能使用摄子小心的取放，切勿徒手拿放，取拿滤光片时要夹取滤光片边缘，切勿碰触滤光片表面，同时注意外部环境，佩戴口罩、避免衣服的拉链、钮扣、手饰等尖锐物品划伤或污染到滤光片表面。

2. During normal use, the filter should be carefully removed and placed with a camera as much as possible. Do not handle it with bare hands. When removing the filter, clamp the edge of the filter and do not touch the surface of the filter. At the same time, pay attention to the external environment, wear a mask, and avoid sharp objects such as zippers, buttons, and jewelry from clothing from scratching or contaminating the surface of the filter.
3.如果滤光片表面有污点或者手指印，可以采用干净的无尘布+无水乙醇朝一个方向擦拭，切不可反复擦拭，这样不仅不能擦拭干净，反而容易造成滤光片的损伤。

3. If there are stains or fingerprints on the surface of the filter, a clean dust-free cloth and anhydrous ethanol can be used to wipe it in one direction. Do not wipe it repeatedly, as this not only fails to wipe it clean, but also easily causes damage to the filter.
4.接触滤光片时要戴指套，避免人体体液里面的盐和酸性物质腐蚀滤光片表面。 

4. Wear finger cots when in contact with the filter to prevent salt and acidic substances in human body fluids from corroding the surface of the filter.
5.滤光片应被放置在干净的清洗篮里或者柔软干净的物体上，不能直接放在玻璃、金属、桌子，或者任何不干净的物体上面。

5. The filter should be placed in a clean cleaning basket or on a soft and clean object, and should not be placed directly on glass, metal, a table, or any unclean object.
6.切勿把滤光片都成堆堆叠在一起，造成片与片之间因为摩擦造成表面产生瑕疵点及划伤不良。

6. Do not stack the filters together in piles, as friction between them may cause surface defects and scratches.
7.储存时应放置在清洗干净的吸塑盒或注塑盒里（也可用经验证过的干净的保护膜覆膜包装）放置干燥剂并抽真空包装，储存温度最好在25℃左右，湿度控制在45%左右为佳。

7. When storing, it should be placed in a clean vacuum formed box or injection molded box (or a verified clean protective film coated packaging can be used), with desiccants placed and vacuum sealed. The storage temperature is best at around 25 ℃, and the humidity should be controlled at around 45%.
